Simultanism is a term invented by the impressionist couple Robert and Sonia Delaunay expressing a phenomenon of colours looking different depending on the colours around them.
Two contrasting colours brought together simultaneously enhance each other, giving the painting greater intensity and vibrance of colour.
In the same spirit, my project aims to interlock two contrasting events / types of sceneries / point of views in order to give them a new meaning through their duality.
